Brilliant bracelets, I went on to order a new buckle for mine as I lost the pin in Turkey and got distracted looking at the other bracelets then ended up buying a new one. They're really comfy to wear and look great with my chain.

I never got the bracelet from my original order, or the replacement they sent. But customer service was excellent and they were very helpful from start to finish, and understanding in the issuing of a refund.

Ed (who handled my CS issues) was great. He told me that they were working to expand into Amazon for the US market, and I was able to get the bracelet I was looking for when all was said and done. It was exactly what I was looking for!

Do give Kraken your business, they deserve it!

I ordered a bracelet in the small size. It arrived very promptly and as advertised. Sadly because I have really small wrists it was too big. I returned it and was refunded without quibble and promptly. This is obviously an ethical business. Such a shame I wasn't able to wear the bracelet.

I gave it five stars even though my first bracelet didn't arrive. This was rectified quickly. Company couldn't have done more.
