Did not receive the size that was ordered. Poor communication to sort replacement. Still awaiting replacement after notifying 8 days ago. Awaiting response from last email sent 4 days ago as well to company. Have had to raise a PayPal dispute to see if can get sorted. Wanted to get a few bracelets from them, but after these issues, I'll have to look elsewhere where
