Edit: Kraken responded and made a great point. The cord on my bracelet requires the pin to go through two cord loops: the cord is strong (not easily squished) and needs fiddling with to correctly get the pin through. I’ll gratefully take their suggestion for an easier to manoeuvre / put on version.

I ordered a bracelet in mid Febuary. Unfortunately it did not arrive so I contacted the support team. I received a very quick response by Ed who after making sure the address was correct sent a replacement which arrived in a few days.

Beautifully packaged (again) and I really like the look and feel of it. I now have an Umibozu single strand which is easier to squish left handed into the fixture.
