1-2 days shipping time. It's now over 10 days. Tracking system states "you have dispatched items to royal mail"

Their customer services say they have not received anything nor is their any further update. So have you dispatched the items or not?

Scam? Behind on orders? It would be great if you replied to my X2 emails to try and resolve the matter.

Once the items finally arrive if ever or at all I may be able to actually review them!
